Magic Mouse Memories is governed by a 9-member volunteer Board of Directors. Board members serve without compensation and are committed to the responsible stewardship of our mission and donor funds. Board information is available upon written request.
Magic Mouse Memories was born from a simple but powerful belief — that the
joy of a Disney experience should not be a privilege reserved for the fortunate few.
It should be available to every Arizona family, especially those navigating
life's most difficult seasons.
Founded in 2026 by a passionate team of Arizonans who believe in the power of
magical experiences, Magic Mouse Memories exists
to extend that gift to families who need it most — fully funded, from start
to finish, with no cost to the family.
We are a volunteer-driven, community-powered nonprofit operating out of Arizona,
sending deserving families to Disneyland in Anaheim, California. Every trip we
fund is made possible by the generosity of donors, corporate partners, and
volunteers who share our conviction that magic is a necessity, not a luxury.

An Arizona native who grew up taking yearly trips to Disneyland with his family, Andrew knows firsthand the lifelong impact of those magical memories. What began as a dream idea has grown into Magic Mouse Memories — a nonprofit dedicated to giving Arizona families the same gift of wonder that shaped his own childhood. Andrew founded the organization with one simple conviction: every family deserves a day of magic, no matter what they are going through.

We currently serve families residing in Arizona. We are committed to protecting the privacy and dignity of every individual who interacts with our organization — including families who apply for trips, those who nominate families, donors, volunteers, and website visitors.

We collect information you voluntarily submit through our forms, including:
Family applicants: name, contact information, city and state, family composition, and a description of your circumstances.
Nominators: your name, contact information, your relationship to the nominated family, and information about the family's situation.
Donors: name, contact information, and donation amount. Payment processing is handled by a secure third-party processor; we do not store credit card numbers.
Newsletter subscribers: email address only.
We also collect standard technical information automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to improve our website. This data does not identify you personally.
2. How We Use Your Information
To review and process family applications and nominations with care and confidentiality
To coordinate and fulfill approved trip experiences
To process and acknowledge donations and send tax documentation
To communicate with you about your application, nomination, or donation
To send newsletters to subscribers who have opted in
To comply with legal obligations and maintain organizational records
We do not use your information for advertising or any commercial purpose unrelated to our nonprofit mission.
3. Family Confidentiality
We treat all personal and sensitive family information with the highest level of care:
Application details are accessible only to authorized staff directly involved in the review process
We will never share a family's story or identifying information publicly without their explicit written consent
Health-related information is used only for program eligibility and is never disclosed to third parties
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our programs (e.g., payment processors, email platforms, travel booking services), and only as required by law.
5. Data Retention
Family applications: retained for a minimum of 3 years
Donor records: retained for a minimum of 7 years per nonprofit standards
Newsletter subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe
6. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, restricted staff access, and reputable third-party payment processors to protect your data. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, but we take all reasonable precautions to safeguard your information.
7. Cookies
Our website may use essential cookies for basic functionality and analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand site usage. We do not use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.
8. Your Rights
